二 | 　　省总工会党组成员、副主席张鹏，市人大常委会副主任，市总工会党组书记、主席王忠平，市总工会党组成员、副主席徐景友，以及现场各参建单位主要领导、职工代表共180多人出席启动仪式。省工交农建服工会主席杨维东主持仪式。　　仪式上，辽宁核电党委副书记、总经理张雄在致辞中表示，全体项目参建者将以本次竞赛为契机，再鼓干劲，迅速掀起4台机组接续建设的生产高潮，牢固树立“整体·协同”理念，将“比学赶帮超”的浓厚氛围传遍全项目、传向每个角落，以“功成不必在我”的精神境界和“功成必定有我”的历史担当，奋力投身徐大堡核电项目建设。　　接下来，王忠平宣布了本次劳动竞赛的规则和总体要求，希望参赛的各代表队和全体参赛人员严格遵守竞赛规则，赛出成绩、赛出风格、赛出精神。

三 | 参赛队员代表吴迪进行了表态发言。　　最后，张鹏宣布劳动竞赛正式启动，并向辛勤奉献在核电建设一线的施工人员表示亲切慰问。他指出，今天在这里举行“学思想当先锋建新功”2024年徐大堡核电站项目主题劳动竞赛启动仪式，这既是省总工会锚定新时代“六地”定位、服务和推动“八大攻坚”目标任务的具体举措，也是广泛开展“学思想当先锋建新功”系列活动、系统推进全省职工技能提升的实际行动。

四 | 今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年，是全面落实党的二十大精神的关键之年，更是推动和服务辽宁全面振兴新突破三年行动、打好打赢新时代“辽沈战役”的攻坚之年，希望核电建设者们继续保持攻坚克难的精气神，充分发扬核工业大力协同、勇于攀登的“两弹一星”精神，大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，以赛促训、以赛促学、以赛促干，推动辽宁产业工人队伍建设和技能人才队伍建设再上新台阶，助推“全面振兴新突破三年行动”再出佳绩。据了解，此次主题竞赛共分为3个类别，13个小项，预计到11月底比赛全部结束。　　启动仪式后，辽宁五一劳动奖章获得者、辽宁核电工程管理处处长助理兼土建二科科长唱志勇表示，作为参建者，将以此次劳动竞赛为契机，强化“整体·协同”，以“六大控制七个零”为管控目标，全面落实“充分准备、一丝不苟、万无一失、一次成功”的工程建设全过程精细化管理理念，为全面打好两种机型、四台机组同步建设的攻坚战再立新功。　　活动最后，省总工会、市总工会分别向辽宁核电发放竞赛经费，并开展了“夏至送清凉”慰问活动，为现场一线员工发放饮料、毛巾等防暑降温物资。省、市两级工会送去的解暑物品为在现场施工的上万名产业工人带来了阵阵清凉。“新时代赋予工人阶级新使命”，本次主题劳动竞赛活动旨在充分调动徐大堡核电项目参建者们岗位建功的积极性，进一步凝聚力量、鼓舞斗志。
